In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Casa Grande Cougars football squad scored a close 24-18 triumph over the Sunnyside Blue Devils.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Desert View (Tucson, AZ). The Jaguars come into the non-league match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Desert View tipped Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ), 44-3, in a league match.
