The Tornadoes now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Covington for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 23. Hammond will meet a Lions squad coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Slidell (Slidell, LA). The Lions record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Mandeville drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Skippers host Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA) to meet the Green Wave in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 23. The Green Wave come into the test with a record of 1-2. Ponchatoula won 12-7 in their recent non-league test against St. Paul's (Covington, LA)
