The McAllen Memorial Mustangs football squad scored 44 points and limited the host Juarez-Lincoln Huskies to 33 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palmview for a non-league test on Wednesday, November 6.

With the defeat, Juarez-Lincoln drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Palmview (La Joya, TX) to meet the Lobos in a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. The Lobos come into the test with a record of 2-1.
