The Chargers now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Cumberland for a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. Lunenburg Central will meet a Dukes squad coming off a 26-0 non-league win over Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Dukes record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, Nottoway drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Brunswick (Lawrenceville, VA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 23. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 2-3. Brunswick lost 28-8 in their recent non-league test against Greensville County (Emporia, VA)
