The Millbrook Wildcats football squad scored 13 points and limited the host Wakefield Wolverines to 12 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Knightdale for a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. Millbrook will meet a Knights squad coming off a 44-0 non-league loss to Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, Wakefield drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC) to meet the Huskies in a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 4-3. Heritage lost 7-6 in their recent non-league test against Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC)
