The Randolph-Henry Statesmen volleyball squad (Charlotte Court House, VA), was defeated 3-1 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA)

With the win, Buckingham improves its record to 7-6 on the season. The Knights host Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA) to encounter the Eagles in a James River battle on Monday, October 21. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 2-15. Prince Edward County lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA)

The Statesmen now own a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mecklenburg County for a non-league battle on Monday, October 21.
