The Newark Yellowjackets topped the host DuPont Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Yellowjackets confront the Odessa Ducks (Townsend, DE) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 18. Newark will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Ducks go into the game with a 6-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE).
The Tigers (0-10) will now prepare for their game against Brandywine (Wilmington, DE). The Bulldogs go into the Blue Hen - Flight B game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Brandywine was dropped by Caravel (Bear, DE), 3-0, in a non-league game.
