Texas High School Football - Veterans Memorial trounces Hanna

October 16, 2025: Brownsville, TX 78520

In Thursday's league match, the host Veterans Memorial Chargers football squad scored a decisive 42-7 triumph over the Hanna Golden Eagles.

The Chargers (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX). The Falcons come into the 6A Region IV District 32 test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, Los Fresnos bounced San Benito (San Benito, TX), 42-25, in a league challenge.

The Golden Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Harlingen (Harlingen, TX). The Cardinals go into the 6A Region IV District 32 challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Harlingen bounced Veterans Memorial (Brownsville, TX), 40-39, in a league challenge.
