Arizona High School Flag Football - ALA - Queen Creek nudges Combs

The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the ALA - Queen Creek Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ) and the host Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ), witnessed ALA - Queen Creek's flag football squad edge Combs by a tally of 10-7.

The Patriots (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Goldwater was tipped by Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ), 33-0, in a non-league bout.

The Coyotes now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Eastmark for a 4A East Sky bout on Tuesday, October 21. Combs will encounter a Firebirds team coming off a 36-0 league win over ALA - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ). The Firebirds record now stands at 6-1.
