Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO) and the host Palmer Terrors (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Coronado's soccer squad triumph over Palmer by a score of 8-1.

The Cougars (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Grizzlies enter the 4A CSML - South battle with a 2-10 record. In their last battle, Mesa Ridge was overwhelmed by Canon City (Canon City, CO), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Terrors confront the Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 18. Palmer will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Cyclones come into the test with a 7-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO).
