The Algona Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Hampton-Dumont Bulldogs to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now have a 15-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hampton-Dumont/CAL for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 16. Algona will play a team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA). The record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Hampton-Dumont drops to 0-5 on the campaign.
