The Lincoln-Way East Griffins prevailed the host Andrew Thunderbolts volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Griffins confront the St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 18. Lincoln-Way East will attempt to advance on its 23-7 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 22-8 record after their 2-1 league win over St. Francis (Wheaton, IL).

With the loss, Andrew drops to 12-15 on the campaign. The Thunderbolts travel to Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, October 17. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 4-18. Plainfield Central lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Oswego East (Oswego, IL)
