Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Cardinal Huskies (Middlefield, OH) and the visiting Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH), observed Cardinal's volleyball team top Aquinas by a count of 3-0.

The Huskies (22-1) will now prepare for their battle against McDonald (McDonald, OH). The Blue Devils go into the non-league battle with a 19-3 record. In their last battle, McDonald achieved victory over Our Lady of the Elms (Akron, OH), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Knights now own a 0-19 record.
