Coming up next, the Otters play the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves (Walker, MN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 16. Fergus Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 15-11 season record. The Wolves come into the outing with a 6-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pine River-Backus (Pine River, MN).
With the loss, Melrose drops to 10-16 on the campaign.
