The Shrine Catholic Knights (Royal Oak, MI) volleyball knocked off the host University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 8-14 record. They play next when they travel to Cardinal Mooney Catholic for a non-league bout on Monday, October 20. Shrine Catholic will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Greenhills (Ann Arbor, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 15-7.
With the loss, University Liggett drops to 8-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lutheran (Westland, MI) to battle the Warriors in a non-league match on Wednesday, October 22. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 7-15.
