Turners Falls Thunder (Montague, MA) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Thunder (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pioneer Valley Regional (Northfield, MA). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Pioneer Valley Regional was beaten by Greenfield (Greenfield, MA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Terriers meet the Commerce Red Raiders (Springfield, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. West Springfield will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
