The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA) and the host Mission Bears (San Francisco, CA), saw Balboa's volleyball squad beat Mission by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Balboa upgrades its record to 16-6 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Lowell (San Francisco, CA) to play the Cardinals in a bout on Tuesday, October 25. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Lowell lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Carlmont (Belmont, CA)

The Bears now own a 0-1 record.
