In Monday's league contest, the New Britain Golden Hurricanes (New Britain, CT) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Hartford Public Owls (Hartford, CT), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Golden Hurricanes battle the Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 18. New Britain will attempt to better on its 14-2 season record. The Redcoats go into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Middletown (Middletown, CT).
