In Monday's non-league contest, the Port Charlotte Pirates (Port Charlotte, FL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Island Coast Gators (Cape Coral, FL), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Pirates battle the North Fort Myers Red Knights (North Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 18. Port Charlotte will attempt to better on its 8-13 season record. The Red Knights go into the contest with a 15-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Southeast (Bradenton, FL).
With the loss, Island Coast moves to 2-11 on the year.
