Illinois High School Volleyball - St. Bede edged by Marquette

The Marquette Crusaders held off the visiting St. Bede Bruins volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Crusaders now have a 23-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lowpoint-Washburn for a Tri-County test on Tuesday, October 18.
The Bruins (10-21) will now prepare for their test against Mendota (Mendota, IL). The Trojans enter the Three Rivers test with a 9-19 record. In their last test, Mendota held off Streator (Streator, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.
