Connecticut High School Volleyball - Pomperaug over New Milford

The Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) volleyball overcame the host New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), 3-1 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Pomperaug upgrades its record to 8-8 on the year. The Panthers host Naugatuck (Naugatuck, CT) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 18. The Greyhounds go into the outing with a record of 7-8. Naugatuck won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Crosby (Waterbury, CT)

The Green Wave now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Bunnell for a Southwest-Colonial outing on Thursday, October 20. New Milford will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Oxford (Oxford, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-12.
