In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Chesapeake Cougars football squad scored a close 10-6 victory over the Northeast Eagles.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 23. Chesapeake will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to Wootton (Rockville, MD).
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Southern (Harwood, MD). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 2-3 record.
