The Long Reach Lightning topped the host Glenelg Gladiators volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lightning now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chesapeake for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 24. Long Reach will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Annapolis (Annapolis, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.
The Gladiators (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Severna Park (Severna Park, MD). The Falcons enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Severna Park gained a win over South River (Edgewater, MD), 2-0, in a non-league test.
