The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Basis Yeti (Flagstaff, AZ) and the visiting Ash Fork Spartans (Ash Fork, AZ), saw Basis's soccer squad get by Ash Fork by a margin of 1-0.
The Yeti now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Page for a 2A - North test on Wednesday, October 18. Basis will meet a Sand Devils squad coming off a 6-4 league loss to Northland Prep Academy (Flagstaff, AZ). The Sand Devils record now stands at 3-12.
With the loss, Ash Fork drops to 5-10 on the season. The Spartans host St. Michael (St. Michaels, AZ) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league test on Friday, October 20. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 1-9. St. Michael lost 7-3 in their recent league test against Round Valley (Eagar, AZ)
