In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Covenant Eagles soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Eastern Mennonite Flames.
The Eagles (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA). The Bishops come into the Blue Ridge Athletic battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Virginia Episcopal School by Blue Ridge (St. George, VA), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Flames (5-8) will now prepare for their test against King Abdullah Academy (Herndon, VA). The Falcons come into the non-league test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, King Abdullah Academy by Randolph-Macon Academy (Front Royal, VA), 7-2, in a non-league test.
