In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Northern Patriots soccer squad scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Huntingtown Hurricanes.
The Patriots (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against La Plata (La Plata, MD). The Warriors come into the Southern Maryland battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, La Plata nudged Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD), 3-0, in a league battle.
