Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Jenkins County War Eagles (Millen, GA) and the host Clinch County Panthers (Homerville, GA), witnessed Jenkins County's softball squad prevail over Clinch County by a count of 13-0.

The War Eagles now sport a 18-8 record. They play next when they travel to Wilcox County for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 17. Jenkins County will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 16-1 non-league win over Pataula Charter Academy (Edison, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 16-7.

With the loss, Clinch County moves to 9-17 on the season.
