Colorado High School Volleyball - Wray over Akron

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Wray Eagles (Wray, CO) and the visiting Akron Rams (Akron, CO), saw Wray's volleyball squad beat Akron by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Wray upgrades its record to 7-13 on the year. The Eagles host Burlington (Burlington, CO) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, October 20. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 9-10. Burlington lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Stratton (Stratton, CO)

The Rams now own a 0-17 record. They play next when they travel to Merino for a 2A/1A Lower Platte test on Friday, October 20. Akron will confront a Rams team coming off a 3-0 league win over Caliche (Iliff, CO). The Rams record now stands at 16-0.
