The Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE) volleyball nudged the visiting Axtell Wildcats (Axtell, NE), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Exeter-Milligan/Friend betters its record to 16-11 on the year. The travel to Diller-Odell (Odell, NE) to face the Griffin in a non-league outing on Friday, October 20. The Griffin go into the outing with a record of 18-9. Diller-Odell lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE)

The Wildcats now sport a 20-7 record.
