West Virginia High School Volleyball - Nicholas County over Braxton County

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Grizzlies battle the Bluefield Beavers (Bluefield, WV) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 24. Nicholas County will attempt to better on its 12-36 season record.

With the loss, Braxton County drops to 0-11 on the campaign. The Eagles host St. Marys (St. Marys, WV) to battle the Blue Devils in a Little Kanawha contest on Thursday, October 19. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a record of 11-13. St. Marys lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV)
