The Martin County West Mavericks volleyball team (Sherburn, MN), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Cedar Mountain Cougars (Morgan, MN)

The Cougars (14-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 17-4 record. In their last challenge, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart defeated Renville County West (Renville, MN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mavericks meet the United South Central Rebels (Wells, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 23. Martin County West will attempt to move on its 9-13 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 3-2 league loss to Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (Janesville, MN).
