Nebraska High School Volleyball - David City over Sandy Creek

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the David City Scouts (David City, NE) and the host Sandy Creek Cougars (Fairfield, NE), saw David City's volleyball squad beat Sandy Creek by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, David City upgrades its record to 16-12 on the year. The Scouts travel to Sutton (Sutton, NE) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 18-11. Sutton lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Milford (Milford, NE)

The Cougars now own a 10-19 record. They play next when they travel to Fairbury for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. Sandy Creek will play a Jeffs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Thayer Central (Hebron, NE). The Jeffs record now stands at 11-18.
