The Yuma Yuma volleyball team (Yuma, CO), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO)

The Cougars (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Haxtun (Haxtun, CO). The Fightin' Bulldogs come into the 2A/1A Lower Platte challenge with a 14-6 record. In their last challenge, Haxtun defeated Otis (Otis, CO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Yuma encounter the Holyoke Dragons (Holyoke, CO) in a 2A/1A Lower Platte challenge, on Friday, October 20. Yuma will attempt to move on its 11-10 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 9-11 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Fleming (Fleming, CO).
