The Model Blue Devils walloped the visiting Armuchee Indians football team by a score of 40-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Darlington Tigers (Rome, GA) in a A D1 Region 6 challenge, on Friday, October 18. Model will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 48-27 league loss to Heard County (Franklin, GA).
The Indians (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA). The Rebels enter the A D1 Region 7 match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Fannin County routed Chattooga (Summerville, GA), 35-7, in a league match.
