Louisiana High School Football - Varnado falls to Central Private

The Central Private Redhawks felled the visiting Varnado Wildcats football team by a score of 8-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Redhawks play the Thrive Academy Bulldogs (Baton Rouge, LA) in a 1A District 9 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Central Private will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 28-22 non-league loss to Gueydan (Gueydan, LA).
The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA). The Pioneers go into the 1A District 10 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Crescent City Christian was dropped by St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA), 52-0, in a league challenge.
