The Narragansett Mariners felled the visiting Scituate Spartans football team by a score of 29-21 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Mariners face the North Smithfield Northmen (North Smithfield, RI) in a Division IV challenge, on Friday, October 25. Narragansett will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record.
The Spartans (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI). The Titans go into the Division IV challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Toll Gate lost by Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI), 42-16, in a league challenge.
