Michigan High School Football - Anchor Bay sneaks past Grosse Pointe South

The Anchor Bay Tars football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils to 21 in the Tars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tars now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adams for a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. Anchor Bay will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 47-13 league loss to Oxford (Oxford, MI). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Grosse Pointe South drops to 6-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI) to meet the Norsemen in a non-league test on Thursday, October 24.
