The Ashbrook Greenwave felled the host South Point Red Raiders football team by a score of 27-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Greenwave face the Kings Mountain Mountaineers (Kings Mountain, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 24. Ashbrook will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Mountaineers go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 38-6 league win over Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC).
The Red Raiders (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars go into the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record.
