The Bishop Manogue Miners walloped the visiting Reno Huskies football team by a score of 59-27 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Miners face the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 23. Bishop Manogue will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 21-10 league win over Reed (Sparks, NV).
The Huskies (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers go into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, McQueen was ripped by Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 43-28, in a league challenge.
