The William Monroe Dragons walloped the host Broadway Gobblers football team by a score of 47-14 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Dragons face the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 30. William Monroe will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
The Gobblers (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, East Rockingham was ripped by Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA), 28-6, in a non-league challenge.
