In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Marshall Owls soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 victory over the Warrensburg Tigers.
The Owls (17-3) will now prepare for their outing against Hannibal (Hannibal, MO). The Pirates go into the North Central Missouri outing with a 21-2 record. In their last outing, Hannibal got by Mexico (Mexico, MO), 8-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Tigers play the Cameron Dragons (Cameron, MO) in a non-league outing, on Monday, October 21. Warrensburg will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Dragons go into the outing with a 0-13 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Odessa (Odessa, MO).
