Colorado High School Volleyball - North Fork can't get by Aspen

Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host North Fork Miners (Hotchkiss, CO), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Aspen advances its record to 8-7 on the season. The Skiers travel to Soroco (Oak Creek, CO) to face the Rams in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Rams go into the test with a record of 4-10. Soroco lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Moffat County (Craig, CO)

The Miners now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meeker for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. North Fork will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Plateau Valley (Collbran, CO). The Cowboys record now stands at 11-3.
