The Greene County Rams prevailed the visiting Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Rams confront the Webster City Lynx (Webster City, IA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 19. Greene County will attempt to advance on its 12-13 season record. The Lynx enter the game with a 14-10 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA).
The Mustangs (11-10) will now prepare for their game against Clarke (Osceola, IA). The Indians enter the non-league game with a 10-19 record. In their last game, Clarke was dropped by Wayne (Corydon, IA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
