The South River Seahawks prevailed the host Huntingtown Hurricanes volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Seahawks confront the Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 22. South River will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Howard (Ellicott City, MD).
The Hurricanes (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Lackey (Indian Head, MD). The Chargers enter the Southern Maryland game with a 5-7 record. In their last game, Lackey was dropped by McDonough (Pomfret, MD), 3-0, in a league game.
