The West Iron County Wykons tipped the host Iron Mountain Mountaineers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Wykons confront the Norway Knights (Norway, MI) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 21. West Iron County will attempt to advance on its 11-7 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 1-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to North Central (Powers, MI).

The Mountaineers (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Gwinn (Gwinn, MI). The Modeltowners enter the Mid-Peninsula game with a 1-17 record. In their last game, Gwinn was tipped by Manistique (Manistique, MI), 3-0, in a league game.
