Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) and the host Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL), observed Oswego's volleyball team top Plainfield North by a count of 2-0.

The Panthers (24-3) will now prepare for their contest against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners enter the non-league contest with a 2-24 record. In their last contest, Nazareth Academy was knocked off by Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers battle the Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL) in a Southwest Prairie contest, on Tuesday, October 22. Plainfield North will attempt to move on its 7-23 season record.
