With the win, Salmen improves its record to 11-7 on the season. The Spartans host Loranger (Loranger, LA) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 4-13. Loranger won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Independence (Independence, LA)

The Cougars now own a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Helena College and Career Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 23.
