In Thursday's league challenge, the host St. Louis Catholic Saints volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Washington-Marion Charging Indians.
The Saints (19-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Jennings (Jennings, LA). The Bulldogs come into the Division III District 1 challenge with a 10-9 record.
Next, the Charging Indians play the Iowa Yellowjackets (Iowa, LA) in a Division III District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, October 22. Washington-Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 11-16 record after their 3-0 non-league win over DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA).
