Michigan High School Football - Grosse Pointe South prevails Anchor Bay

October 17, 2025: Fair Haven, MI 48023

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils football squad scored a good 42-14 triumph over the Anchor Bay Tars.

The Blue Devils (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Norsemen come into the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Grosse Pointe North was dropped by Mott (Warren, MI), 35-34, in a non-league battle.

The Tars now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Adams for a non-league battle on Friday, October 24. Anchor Bay will play a Highlanders team coming off a 45-7 non-league win over Seaholm (Birmingham, MI). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-2.
