The Anderson Titans felled the visiting Taylor Griffins football team by a score of 35-12 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Titans face the Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Anderson will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 46-0 league loss to Redford Union (Redford, MI).
The Griffins (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI). The Warriors go into the Downriver challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Woodhaven toppled Trenton (Trenton, MI), 24-14, in a league challenge.
